What's collected
- Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message. These are emailed to me, and a short log entry (date, email address, topic) is kept on the server outside the public website.
- Server logs. Like any web host, Hostinger keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations.
- No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. The site doesn't use tracking scripts or set cookies. To prevent spam, the form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for up to an hour to limit repeat submissions.
How it's used
To reply to you, and to follow up on the work you asked about. It isn't sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Third parties
The site is hosted by Hostinger, and email passes through my email provider. Links to Hugging Face and X go to their sites, which have their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what I have from you, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email kyle@digitaloutlookllc.com and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
